Engineers equipped it with a smart microprocessor that offers four tone options and four volume levels. With a low current draw of just 1.3mA, you can connect 200 sounder bases and 200 detectors on a single loop with ease.

The VELOX sounder base – 40200 also allows remote alarm functionality by enabling the connection of a remote indicator that activates alongside the sounder. There’s no need to assign it a manual address—the sounder automatically communicates with the VELOX fire panel and receives a sub-address from the connected detector.
