The isolation module D9057M is used to protect the bus in the event of a short-circuit fault. When a short-circuit fault occurs somewhere on the bus, the isolator module adja-cent to the short-circuit will act quickly and cut oﬀ the short-circuited part, thus ensur-ing that other devices on the bus can work normally. When the short-circuit fault is removed, the isolation chassis will be de-isolated and the isolated part of the device will be re-connected to the bus. The isolation module D9057M does not need to be addressed and does not occupy an address in the loop.
